Coffee Blends

Blending beans brings out the flavor of each while balancing the overall
acidity and body. We use the finest time-honored, popular, and pleasing
blends of the best Arabica beans to ensure that you get the most satisfying
cup possible.

Espresso Blend - A combination of Sumatra, Guatemala, Colombia, and Costa Rica.  Each varietal is roasted seperately then blended to perfection to produce, some say, one of the best espressos in the county.  Robust, full bodied, great mouth feel with a creany richness that floats across the palate.

House Blend is a combination of Sumatra and Ethiopian Harrar giving this coffee its unique flavor.  Take your typical 'forrest funk' added to 'wild coffee' and this is what you get, a unique coffee that's easy to drink, pot after pot after pot. We classify it as a light roast because of its smooooooothenss.  If you're looking for a Breakfast Blend, THIS IS IT.

Flowing Grace is a combination of Peru, Java and PNG.  The volcanic soil of Peru enhances the flavors of the Indonesian varietals to create a well rounded, smooth, low acidic coffee with a great mouth feel and a slightly spiced aftertaste.  This coffee was developed for one of our local churches.

River Blend is our latest creation blended especially for "The River" 95.9 radio station. We wanted a flavorful blend that you could drink all day without too much acidity. Clean cup, crisp body & easy mouth feel with a hint of blueberry.

Windmill Blend is a combination of PNG and Costa Rica.  Easy to drink all day with low acidity and a very pleasant aftertaste.  Again the mix of Indonesian and Central America coffees make this a true winner.  This is especially great in a French Press.

Barbara's  Blend is our newest creation  of Peru, PNG, and Guatemala.  It happened by chance and has been a great hit.  Outstanding flavor highlighting an apple spice sweetness with a great savory aftertaste. If you're looking for a good coffee to impress your neighbors, this is the one. Barb thinks it's the best - go figure...
